These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Yogey Golf mobile application (the "App") and website https://www.yogeygolf.com, operated by Yogey Golf ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms.

Yogey Golf is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help golfers improve practice habits and track progress. You agree to use the App only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
2. Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account via Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including logos, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Yogey Golf and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the App or Site without written permission.
4. Third-Party Services
Yogey Golf integrates with third-party tools including Supabase, Clerk, and Expo for authentication and data management. You acknowledge that your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its data.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yogey Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
